Responsibilities:
Review and provide insights on metrics and Inquiry Management processes. Deep understanding on SNOW and how metrics and calculations are done, reports and dashboards.
Build reports to provide visibility on the operations numbers, SLA, etc. Strong knowledge on SNOW.
Perform Data Analytics, strong data analytics drive and able to work with Management.
Understand basics of systems programming to build customized reports for the business.
Create Global, Region, Country, Daily Reporting Dashboard (including Ad Hoc) to include all daily results.
Translate the business needs into data requirements and documents when needed.
Supports ad-hoc global reporting requests, support the operation on dashboards, metrics and reporting , numbers and SLAs for MORs presentations.
Be a source of options and solution for management and propose report options, as expert. Explore potential ideas and solutions for specific asks/needs. Open minded to asks that might seem very difficult or complex and search alternative solutions.
Qualifications:
5-8 years of relevant experience
Experience with automated end-to-end sourcing tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability and experience working in a fast paced, high pressure environment
Proven organization and time management skills
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
