Work you'll do/Responsibilities
- Provide project coordination and leadership
- Design, collect data, and produce executive status reports
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Deloitte and Client team members

Qualifications
Required
- 4+ years of Epic Steady State Support experience
- Must have an active Epic Certification on of the following modules: Grand Central, PB, HB, Cogito OR be a credentialed Epic Trainer
- Have excellent documentation and verbal skills
- Willingness to work on an on-call schedule for evenings and weekends, should the need arise
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in information technology, business, or healthcare related field; or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred
- Advanced ServiceNow experience
- Experience with project management tasks (e.g., producing executive level status reports)
- Knowledge of application testing concepts and tools such as ALM
- Knowledge of Epic training environment build (MST, ACE)
- Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
- Excellent Written and Communication Skills
