The Advanced Risk and Compliance Analyst coordinates privacy, risk, and compliance initiatives within Relativity and supports the development and maintenance of Calder7’s security standards.

Job Description and Requirements

What are the core duties of this role? 

  • Lead the end-to-end modernization of the enterprise privacy program, aligning policies, controls, and processes with evolving regulatory requirements and business needs. 

  • Assess current state privacy maturity and design a future-state privacy operating model. 

  • Auditing data processes to ensure ongoing adherence to privacy laws and internal policies through control testing and risk assessments. 

  • Lead or significantly contribute to the redesign and implementation of the enterprise master data catalog. 

  • Conducting privacy impact assessments (PIAs) to identify, analyze, and mitigate potential data risks in new and existing systems. 

  • Creating, maintaining, and implementing privacy policies, SOPs, and data protection documentation. 

  • Map regulatory and privacy requirements to ISO frameworks (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, 27018, 27701). 

  • Handling data subject access requests (DSARs), such as data deletion or access requests. 

  • Investigating privacy breaches or incidents in collaboration with Security, IT, and Legal teams. 

Minimum qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree in in Law, Information Systems, Data Management, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Business, or related field 

  • 3-6+ years of experience in privacy, risk management, compliance, or data governance 

  • Familiarity with risk and control frameworks, including ISO/IEC 27001/27018/27701 and/or comparable frameworks (e.g., NIST Privacy Framework, SOC 2 Privacy Principles) 

  • Strong working knowledge of global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, etc.) 

  • Proven experience building or transforming a privacy program, not just maintaining one 

  • Hands-on experience with data catalogs, data inventories, or master data management initiatives 

  • Experience conducting PIAs/DPIAs and enterprise risk assessments 

  • Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, scalable solutions 

  • Hybrid-working role (2+ days in office)   

 

Preferred qualifications: 

  • Experience working in a SaaS environment operating on a global scale 

  • Experience in the legal space and with a high understanding of e-discovery and litigation 

  • Privacy or risk certifications (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, CIPT, CRISC, CISSP) 

  • Experience working with privacy management or data governance tools (e.g., OneTrust, LogicGate, Jira, Collibra, Informatica, etc.) 

  • Background in highly regulated industries (technology, healthcare, financial services, etc.) 

  • Experience operating in complex, matrixed organizations

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

158 000 and 236 000PLN

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
