Those in rewards and benefits at PwC will specialise in providing comprehensive consulting services related to total rewards, compensation programmes, and employee benefits. You will work closely with clients to analyse their reward and benefits strategies, design competitive and equitable compensation structures, and develop cost-effective and attractive benefits packages.

The Opportunity

As part of the Workforce Consulting team you provide specialized consultation in job architecture design, skills taxonomy, and compensation frameworks to drive organizational effectiveness. As a Manager, you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are responsible for achieving project success and maintaining exemplary standards, while enhancing your leadership style to motivate and inspire others to deliver quality. This role involves collaborating with clients to execute project strategies, aligning talent architecture initiatives with business goals, and contributing to the development of PwC's intellectual property in talent architecture.

Responsibilities

- Lead and guide teams in delivering specialist consultation on job architecture design

- Develop skills taxonomy and compensation frameworks to enhance organizational effectiveness

- Manage client accounts with a focus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff

- Maintain project success by upholding quality standards and motivating team members

- Collaborate with clients to align talent architecture initiatives with business objectives

- Contribute to the development of intellectual property in talent architecture

- Implement project strategies in collaboration with clients

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Organizational Management

- 5 years of experience in consulting or HR strategy roles with a focus on job architecture, compensation design, or learning and managing large-scale complex projects/programs

What Sets You Apart

- Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, or Organizational Management preferred

- Possessing broad consulting and advisory abilities

- Being skillful in strategic analysis and design

- Adept in project and change management methodologies

- Demonstrating exceptional communication and facilitation skills

- Leading and mentoring teams

- Exhibiting experience in HR technology design and enhancement

- Possessing competent abilities in data analysis and visualization tools

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
