Compensation Range: $23-$25

Job Purpose
The Electrical Engineer Intern at Bren-Tronics, part of EnerSys and a manufacturer of advanced power solutions, assist Electrical Engineer on any designated projects or processes
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and assemble product prototype units.
- Build and assemble test fixtures.
- Perform test procedures to validate new designs.
- Perform test procedures to validate new software versions.
- Troubleshoot new designs under supervision.
- Create or modify test procedures.
- Design parts of a battery or charger product.
- Assist in the resolution of production issues.
- Perform feasibility study of new design approaches.
Qualifications
- Completed 3 years of study towards a bachelor’s degree in electrical/computer engineering bachelor’s degree
- Previous internship experience in a project team environment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
