Provides in-depth technical expertise and leadership in the development, administration, and support of Atlassian platform solutions (Jira, Confluence, related tools), including planning, architecture, integration, and operational excellence. Ensures effective, efficient, and compliant systems to support divisional and enterprise application objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
• Serve as a technical expert for the Atlassian product suite (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and others), leading technical staff to develop, test, and implement major enhancements and operational improvements.
• Drive build, configuration, and administration of Atlassian solutions, including user management, workflow optimization, security, and marketplace add-ons.
• Conduct research, evaluation, and integration activities for new Atlassian technologies, plugins, and API integrations (e.g., to ServiceNow, testing suites, etc.), and assess their business impact.
• Develop, publish, and maintain standards and procedures for Atlassian platforms; document and communicate findings through presentations and documentation.
• Oversee performance monitoring, capacity planning, upgrades, and release management for Atlassian applications.
• Evaluate and recommend new Atlassian tools, add-ons, and automation utilities; drive innovation and efficiency improvements.
• Support platform strategy for Atlassian adoption, including integration with other enterprise systems and alignment with business needs.
• Provide technical leadership for projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule, and conducting post-implementation audits to measure benefits.
• Support and mentor technical staff; foster collaboration across teams, and serve as a primary point of contact for key stakeholders on all Atlassian-related initiatives.
Required:
- Four-year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required.
- 6+ years' experience in IT/systems environments, including 2+ years in Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) system architecture and administration.
- Experience with Atlassian system configuration, API integrations, user permissions, and marketplace apps (e.g., Tempo, Advanced Roadmaps, etc.).
Preferred:
- Proven leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. • Atlassian certifications (ACP-SA or similar) preferred.
- Experience connecting Atlassian tools with external systems (e.g., ServiceNow, test automation tools) is a plus.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
