We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Lifestyle Relationship Management (Internal Job Title: Client Service Officer - C11) based in Hong Kong. In this role, you’re expected to:
The ULTIMA Card Relationship Manager is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.
Responsibilities:
To act as a single point of contact of selected top-tier discerning cardholders
To provide proactive and tailored account management. This includes providing exceptional Lifestyle Concierge and account related services (with support from external vendors) to Citi's ultra-high net-worth clients, ensuring clients' needs are met and exceeded (where possible) to deliver a highly memorable and valuable experience
To work closely with the Affluent Product & Marketing team and CitiPhone to create a superior product and customer journey for affluent segment together
To collaborate with Citigold Private Client and Citi Private Bank team to achieve One-Citi spirit and
To liaise, monitor and gate-keeping the lifestyle services provided by external vendors
To design workflow for assigned projects and initiatives in line with objectives of the company
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum Degree holder or higher with a minimum of 5 years in service management, marketing and/or team sales experience. Relevant experience in servicing affluent customers a MUST
Fluent and articulate in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Working knowledge of Chinese Dialects, Japanese or European languages will be a plus
Proficient in MS Word and Excel and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Outstanding problem solving skills with the ability to resolve complex customer service enquiries in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
Strong attention to details and administrative capabilities
An ability to demonstrate strong empowerment and decision-making skills with excellent verbal and written communications
A good team player, being cooperative and work effectively within the group
Required to attend events in the evenings and/or weekends
A flair for creativity and a genuine interest in travelling, fashion, the arts, music, sports, and theatre would be an added advantage
Ability to understand the lifestyle of affluent segment will be a plus
