Skills and Competencies
· 2+ years of professional relevant work experience, preferably working in a financial institution or capability centres with credit and/or research knowledge.
· Prior experience in writing detailed company and sector-specific reports.
· Understanding of AI tools and prompting and ability to integrate AI functionalities within processes
· Exceptional attention to detail relating to written and financial research content, metrics tracking and reporting, creating, modifying, comprehending data and information.
· Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of SharePoint helpful but not required
· A positive outgoing attitude with good interpersonal skills, high level of independence and the ability to build strong professional relationships.
Education
At least a Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or similar field
Responsibilities
· Drafting foundational research pieces like issuer and sector profile reports
· Research and analyze sectors, companies, market/regulatory developments and report on financial and operational performance to support credit analysis
· Understand the taxonomy involving sectors and sub-sectors and research in key sector themes and trends
· Support intensive fact checking of research reports for accuracy of data and content
· Support creation and maintenance of operational documentation and guidelines
· Testing AI tools for accuracy and adoption within processes
