Visa’s Internship Program provides an immersive, 12-week journey where you’ll work on impactful projects that drive Visa’s mission forward. As a Visa intern, you’ll build valuable connections across the organization, sharpen your communication and business acumen, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, global environment.

As an Account Management and Strategy Intern, you will become a valuable contributor to one of Visa's biggest partnership teams. Working on the Nationals team will give you deep insight into the heart of Visa’s business, providing exposure to how the largest clients provide a seamless payments experience for their cardholders. Your work will directly help our account teams drive progress, manage risks, and identify potential opportunities across our accounts.
Some job duties and projects could include:
- Assist with planning and launching Marketing Activations (FIFA 2026)
- Prepare materials and help coordinate Executive Meetings
- Track progress toward key scorecard targets.
- Support creation and management of contracts and documentation.
- Help team optimize AI
- Develop Operational Efficiency and Organizational Strategy plans
- Support building out library of contracts, statements of work and waivers
- Conduct market and competitive analysis.
- Analyze client and product performance data.
- Collaborate with internal teams (VCA, VCS, Product, Marketing, etc.) to present opportunities to clients and broader internal teams.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field with a graduation date in December 2026 – August 2027
- Strong communications skills, specifically, clear and concise written and spoken communications, and communications that demonstrate professional judgment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, and AI tools.
- The ability to take on challenges and address problems head-on
- Team Player with strong ability to collaborate
- Highly driven, resourceful and results oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated hourly range for a new hire into this position is $26 to $31 which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
