Work you'll do/Responsibilities
Managed Services for SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) and SAP S/4HANA to keep core business systems stable, secure, and performant. Partners with business and IT stakeholders to deliver continuous improvements, optimize processes, and ensure service levels are met.
- Oversees the end-to-end delivery of SAP support services, ensuring all functional deliverables adhere to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
- Mentors and provides technical guidance to a cross-functional team of SAP consultants, overseeing workload distribution and professional development.
- Acts as the lead escalation point for critical production issues, driving root cause analysis and implementing permanent technical resolutions.
- Partners with business leaders to translate complex operational requirements into scalable functional specifications and long-term SAP roadmaps.
- Governs the system change process, performing rigorous impact assessments for new enhancements to prevent disruptions to core business operations.
- Identifies opportunities for automation and process simplification to reduce recurring incidents and enhance the overall managed services framework.
- Provides hands-on functional expertise across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments, with a primary focus on the SD, MM, and EWM modules. Manages functional support for SAP BRIM while directing complex Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash workflows.
- Defines and supervises functional testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure stable and high-quality production deployments.
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Qualifications
Required
- 7+ years of experience with SAP OTC implementation
- 7+ years of experience with SAP EWM implementation
- 7+ years of experience with SAP BRIM and BTP implementation
- Manages technical integrations between SAP and third-party systems to ensure seamless End-of-Day (EOD) processing.
- Leads all phases of the enhancement lifecycle, including business analysis, system configuration, global rollouts, migrations, and high-impact enhancement projects.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
