Job Overview

We are Relativity - a market‑leading global technology company that equips legal and compliance teams with a powerful platform to organize data, discover the truth, and act on it. The U.S. Department of Justice, 199 of the Am Law 200, and more than 330,000 users worldwide trust Relativity for litigation, investigations, and compliance work.

Our SaaS solution, RelativityOne, is the fastest‑growing product in our company’s history, and we’re consistently recognized as a great place to work. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for people who want to bring their whole, authentic selves to our team.

We’re looking for a Product Designer to partner closely with the Permissions and ADS teams to shape how administrators manage access and applications across Relativity. You’ll design workflows that help admins confidently control workspace, object, feature, and application availability. Your work will also advance more modern, cloud‑first application management patterns so organizations can consistently deliver the right tools to the right users.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Applied Data Scientists to identify and analyze user needs, uncover workflow bottlenecks, and define innovative solutions that meet both usability and business objectives. You’ll leverage modern AI and machine learning capabilities where appropriate, and use your design expertise to build, prototype, and validate exceptional user experiences. Join us as we continue transforming the legal industry - and play a key role in shaping the future of how truth is discovered and acted upon.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to help design user experiences that incorporate AI‑powered insights, automation, and data transformation workflows where relevant.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience designing for complex B2B SaaS or cloud-based platforms with sophisticated workflows and multi-step data interactions.
