Our Legal Data Intelligence platform is used by more than 13,000 organizations around the world to manage large volumes of data and quickly identify key issues during litigation, internal investigations, and compliance projects.The Product Management team is seeking a Product Manager to own a critical Billing Platform within RelativityOne. This role focuses on backend systems responsible for usage metering, telemetry transfer, and aggregation of billable metrics in alignment with subscription and commercial rules.
This role requires strong systems thinking, deep comfort working with data and algorithms, and the ability to translate complex business rules into precise, auditable billing logic. You will lead discovery and delivery in close partnership with engineering and crossfunctional stakeholders, ensuring billing data remains accurate, explainable, and trusted as the platform scales.
Job Description and Requirements
Role Responsibilities
Own product strategy, roadmap, success metrics, and delivery outcomes.
Lead product discovery and delivery, including problem framing, solution evaluation, tradeoff decisions, and release planning.
Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Partner with engineering and stakeholders on data models, ingestion flows, aggregation algorithms, and system design tradeoffs related to accuracy, latency, scalability, and operational risk.
Make prioritization decisions across new capabilities, platform stability, technical debt, and incident prevention, based on business impact and risk.
Collaborate with Product Marketing on go‑to‑market planning.
Facilitate high priority defect prioritization, management, and communication.
Represent Relativity at industry trade shows and events.
Contribute to a culture of operational rigor and continuous improvement by sharing feedback, documenting decisions, and mentoring other product managers where appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager owning software products end to end.
Strong understanding of backend systems and the software development lifecycle, including how services, APIs, data pipelines, and dependencies operate in production.
Hands‑on experience working with data and APIs, with comfort operating in an analytical mode using SQL and system‑level tools to explore data, investigate discrepancies, validate results, and support decision‑making across interconnected systems.
Proven ability to define complex problem spaces, evaluate solution options, and make prioritization and tradeoff decisions based on business impact, risk, and technical constraints.
Strong data fluency, including the ability to define success metrics, monitor product health, and validate assumptions with evidence.
Experience partnering closely with engineering on technical design discussions, backlog refinement, and delivery planning.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building or owning billing, metering, invoicing, or usage‑based pricing systems.
Experience operating in cloud‑based or API‑driven environments.
Experience working with Salesforce as a data source or integration point for billing, usage, or revenue‑related workflows.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
216 000 and 324 000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
