The Associate Director (AD) for RINVOQ Dermatology will be responsible for key strategic initiatives across the RINVOQ portfolio including KOL engagement planning and execution, ad board & consultancy support, competitive preparedness, APP strategy & execution, and other various strategic workstreams/projects. The AD will coordinate across the entire RINVOQ dermatology portfolio including atopic dermatitis, vitiligo, and alopecia areata. This role will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to further position RINVOQ in dermatology. Strategic elements of the role will include everything from deep understanding of customer insights through engagement strategies to strategic recommendations and planning with the three indication brand leaders. Partnering across functional teams and Immunology franchise, both US and International, will be critical to ensure success for all facets of the RINVOQ Dermatology business.
This individual will report to the Head of Marketing, RINVOQ Dermatology.
Job Description – The responsibilities of this role are listed below but may shift based on business needs.
- KOL Relationship Management – This individual will serve as the liaison between the Strategic Marketing team and the three indication brand teams to identify thought leaders and cultivate relationships to garner insights that will be shared with the brand teams.
- Customer Engagement Planning – This individual will serve as the liaison between the Strategic Marketing team and the three indication brand teams to lead the process to gain customer insights via consultancies, ad boards, and at key Congresses via CBICs.
- APP Strategy Development & Execution – This individual will lead the development of a robust APP strategy across the RINVOQ Dermatology portfolio including identifying potential partnerships, educational opportunities, etc.
- Other Various Strategic Projects – This individual will lead cross-portfolio strategic projects for all RINVOQ Dermatology. These projects will include pan-immunology initiatives as well as ad hoc senior leadership requests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required
- Pharmaceutical marketing experience
- Proven ability to complete work on-time with excellence
- Positive attitude and proven ability to build strong relationships with peers, cross-functional and agency partners to enable higher performance
- Excellent communication (oral, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning and organization skills, attention to detail, execution, and accountability
- Familiarity with Annual Planning processes, contracting & ad board processes
- Budget management experience
Preferred:
- 6+ years of relevant brand marketing experience
- Prior experience in Professional pharmaceutical marketing
- Strategic and tactical planning experience
- Prior experience growing mature brands, launching new brands/indications, and/or portfolio management experience
- Prior KOL management experience
- MBA or other advanced degree

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more orless than the posted range. This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
