Skills and Competencies
- 4 to 6 years of experience in automation engineering, business systems analysis, or Power Platform programs
- Proven experience translating business requirements into technical and automated solutions
- Experience building workflows in Microsoft Power Automate and applications in Microsoft Power Apps
- Comfortable working with ambiguous problems in a highly collaborative team environment
Preferred
- Experience with ServiceNow, Coupa, SharePoint, SAP, or other enterprise systems
- Experience with VS Code or other IDEs with AI-integrated tools like GitHub Copilot
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Responsibilities
Automate and streamline operational processes by translating business needs into technology-enabled solutions for our Business Management Office
- Partner with team members and stakeholders to document current-state processes and identify automation opportunities
- Design and build automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to reduce manual effort and improve process consistency
- Develop low-code/no-code, user-friendly applications using Microsoft Power Apps
- Incorporate approved AI-driven tools, bots, and intelligent automation where appropriate to enhance decision-making and efficiency
- Establish and maintain a centralized SharePoint-based knowledge repository, including SOPs, process maps, and automation documentation
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights for senior leaders
- Facilitate the creation of a comprehensive Knowledge Base documents library in SharePoint
- Create code utilizing Visual Studio Code with integrated AI tools (GitHub Copilot)

We contribute to Moody’s by translating business needs into technology-enabled solutions, improving efficiency and consistency, and providing data-driven insights to leadership.
