Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:
- Ensure veteran-facing digital solutions align to Texas veterans' needs, expectations, and lived experiences.
- Serve as the veteran experience lens across Deloitte delivery efforts; identify and mitigate experience risks early.
- Establish, reinforce, and operationalize experience quality standards for veteran-facing solutions.
- Review and validate user journeys, workflows, and designs for usability, accessibility, and coherence prior to release.
- Hold delivery teams accountable for veteran-centered outcomes; partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to resolve tradeoffs.
- Advise Senior Engagement Executives and client stakeholders on experience quality, risks, and continuous improvement opportunities.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Mastery-level communication skills (written, verbal, and executive-ready messaging).
- 3-5 years experience in military health / veteran health environments or programs.
- Foundational project management capability (planning, tracking, risk/issue management, delivery coordination).
- Demonstrated ability to assess and improve digital experience quality, including usability and accessibility.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
