Job details
The Integrated Marketing team at Visa Direct plays a critical role in shaping and delivering high‑impact marketing initiatives that support Visa’s business priorities. As integrated marketing has grown in scale, visibility, and complexity, this role is central to ensuring campaigns are thoughtfully shaped, expertly executed, and delivered effectively across regions and markets.
The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing Campaigns is a senior, high‑touch role responsible for leading complex, integrated marketing campaigns end‑to‑end — from helping shape campaign strategy, narrative, and creative direction through to multi‑market rollout, localisation, and performance optimisation. Reporting directly to Senior Director of Global Integrated Marketing, this role operates as a trusted partner on some of Visa’s most visible and high‑stakes marketing initiatives.
What we expect of you, day to day:
Integrated Campaign Leadership
- Lead complex integrated marketing campaigns from early shaping through to full market rollout.
- Partner with senior leadership to help shape campaign strategy, messaging, narrative, and look & feel.
- Ensure campaigns are cohesive across brand, product, communications, and regional requirements.
Digital & Paid Media Understanding
- Bring a strong understanding of digital marketing and paid media fundamentals, including channel mix planning.
- Partner effectively with media teams and agencies to ensure campaigns are supported by the right asset strategy across formats and channels (e.g. hero films, cut‑downs, teasers, social and display assets).
- Ensure creative assets are fit‑for‑purpose across digital channels including video, social, display, email, and web.
Global Delivery & Rollout
- Own campaign delivery across multiple regions and approximately 20 priority markets.
- Develop clear delivery plans, timelines, and rollout frameworks to support execution at scale.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and handoffs across workstreams.
Localization, Transcreation & Market Enablement
- Lead localization, transcreation, and translation of campaign assets across regions and markets.
- Work closely with regional teams to adapt campaigns to local needs rather than simply distributing global assets.
- Ensure local adaptations maintain strategic intent, creative quality, and brand integrity.
Stakeholder & Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Coordinate across Product Marketing, Creative, Communications, Media, Regional Marketing, and external partners.
- Act as a central point of clarity and leadership across a wide and diverse stakeholder group.
- Drive alignment, decision‑making, and progress without direct authority.
Performance Reporting & Optimization
- Ensure campaign performance is tracked, reported, and understood across channels and markets.
- Partner with analytics, media, and regional teams to review performance and extract insights.
- Use performance data to inform optimization, learnings, and future campaign planning.
Execution Excellence & Ways of Working
- Bring structure, discipline, and rigour to planning, execution, and rollout.
- Improve integrated campaign ways of working as scale and complexity increase.
- Establish clear communication rhythms, expectations, and delivery standards.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience in integrated marketing, global campaigns, or complex marketing delivery roles.
- Proven experience leading high‑visibility, multi‑market marketing initiatives.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with exceptional execution discipline.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and paid media fundamentals. Ability to translate performance data into insights and actions.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of localization, transcreation, and global rollout realities.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or technology‑led environments.
- Familiarity with media planning, marketing analytics, and integrated marketing workflows.
