Our Infrastructure and Real Estate team are trusted advisors to clients in managing physical assets throughout their lifecycle. We help them unlock value from their asset and real estate portfolios and functions by developing strategies, optimizing operating models and organizational design, and leveraging technology enablement.

Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant you will:
- Own the Maximo product strategy for a large-scale, multi-year IBM Maximo / IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) program, including scope, value cases, roadmap, and release planning across modules
- Partner with business and operations leaders to define and operationalize success measures and KPIs (e.g., schedule compliance, backlog health, preventive maintenance completion, wrench time, mean time to repair/mean time between failures where applicable)
- Lead end-to-end process design and continuous improvement across the work lifecycle (request intake, triage, approval, planning, scheduling, execution, completion, and closeout), ensuring operational feasibility and compliance
- Translate operational needs into Maximo capabilities, including configuration requirements, automation opportunities, integration needs, and data standards; maintain clear functional direction through delivery and sustainment
- Own and manage the product backlog, including requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and release readiness; coordinate dependencies across business, IT, and delivery teams
- Facilitate workshops and ceremonies (discovery, design, prioritization, refinement) and actively participate/support agile delivery events (e.g., sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Drive SIT/UAT readiness and execution, partnering with technical teams and business testers to validate solutions, resolve defects, and confirm business outcomes
- Incorporate mobile execution considerations (technician experience, offline/online needs, usability) into process and solution design to improve adoption and productivity
- Lead enablement, training, and adoption, including developing training materials and delivering end-user and administrator trainings; support change efforts to drive sustained usage
- Strengthen data quality and reporting by defining data standards, supporting governance, and enabling dashboards/insights to inform operational decisions and continuous improvement
- Communicate effectively at all levels, from frontline users to executive stakeholders, producing high-quality artifacts (process flows, decision logs, status, and presentations) that drive alignment and decisions

Qualifications required
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 8+ years of experience with IBM Maximo and/or IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) in enterprise environments
- Demonstrated depth across asset management, work management, inventory/storeroom, and procurement processes and Maximo configuration
- Proven experience serving as a Product Manager / Product Owner / Functional Lead for Maximo implementations and/or large run/operate programs
- Strong client-facing consulting experience, including requirements facilitation, stakeholder alignment, and executive communication
- Experience developing and delivering training (end-user and admin) and creating enablement content for diverse audiences
- Strong documentation skills (e.g., process flows, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, decision logs, and presentations)
- Familiarity with agile delivery methods, tools, and release management practices (e.g., Jira / Azure DevOps)
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
- IBM Maximo/MAS certification
- Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master, SAFe)
- Experience with Maximo capabilities including Preventive Maintenance (PM), Planning & Scheduling, Assets/Locations, Purchasing, Inventory/Storeroom, mobile solutions, and reporting/analytics
- Knowledge of MAS concepts (where relevant), such as authentication/roles, environment management, and upgrade considerations
- Experience in regulated or asset-intensive industries (e.g., utilities, oil & gas, manufacturing, transportation, public sector)
- Demonstrated strengths in: communication and influence, facilitation, pragmatic value-based prioritization, change leadership, structured execution, and relationship-building
