The Senior Treasury Analyst will support Deloitte's Chief Investment Officer and team responsible for providing investment guidance, strategy and recommendations to Deloitte Retirement Committee, Deloitte Rabbi Trust Investment Committee, DTTS Retirement Committee, Board of the Deloitte Foundation (collectively, "Governance Committees"), and Deloitte/DTTS Management

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,600 to $163,100

Work you'll do
- Assist with day-to-day oversight and monitoring of investment portfolios, including Deloitte Pension Plans, Deloitte Defined Contribution Plans, DTTS Pension Plan, DTTS Defined Contribution Plans, Deloitte Rabbi Trust portfolio, Deloitte Foundation portfolio, and Deloitte Treasury Cash Investment portfolio (collectively, the "Portfolios")
- Assist with Core Treasury activities including Firm cash forecasting and modeling, financial reporting, and insurance coverage
- Develop periodic reports and analysis for Governance Committees and Management, including but not limited to investment research, strategic asset allocation decisions, liquidity preferences, risk/return objectives, performance of the relevant Portfolios' assets, and industry educational topics
- Work with the applicable investment advisers/consultants to carry out responsibilities for monitoring quantitative and qualitative metrics including but not limited to net-of-fee performance, risk characteristics, and fees
- Attend and participate in due diligence meetings with external investment advisers/consultants and underlying investment managers and document key takeaways
- Partner with internal key stakeholders including but not limited to Independence and Conflicts Network of Deloitte LLP, Rewards, Recognition, Well-Being ("RRWB"), Pension Finance, Legal, Actuaries, and Tax to support oversight of Portfolios
- Present economic/market updates and/or rationale for portfolio recommendations
- Partner with external investment advisers/ consultants on optimization initiatives, including pension plan strategic asset allocation analysis and defined contribution plan design analysis
- Periodically conduct and report the results of an evaluation of the investment advisers/consultant
- Serve as member/contributor of working groups developed to conduct special projects related to the Portfolios
- Monitor industry trends to help inform any potential changes to investment objectives or strategy
- Assist in the periodic review and updating of Investment Policy Statements and internal policies and procedures

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant generalist investment experience or external consulting/program management experience
- Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Specialty knowledge of pension/retirement plans and/or experience working on behalf of an Investment/Retirement Committee function
- Experience conducting due diligence assessments of third party investment managers on behalf of a Pension Plan/Foundation/Endowment Administrator
- Experience working within the professional services industry with a focus on investment management
- Experience developing policies/procedures and navigating regulatory requirements (e.g., ERISA)
- Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), investment data platforms, and Tableau; adept with learning new technologies
- Master's Degree and/or CFA Certification desirable
