Enterprise Workforce Management is responsible of leading Citi’s transformation efforts around staffing and skill adequacy and organization design. You will be driving the End-to-End Staffing. This role will be responsible of embedding the demand, capacity and resource planning management processes and championing change efforts across key stakeholders in HR, Finance, and the business.
You may already be an experienced capacity framework / strategic workforce planning professional or you could have worked across multiple HR Disciplines in your career, but you must be able to shape and realize a vision for capacity framework and resources planning that will create enduring value from the work that you design and deploy.
Responsibilities:
Leads the alignment of global strategy with regional and country specific priorities in partnership with product or Advises/consults with business leaders on staffing, resourcing, and skills priorities. Leverages headcount and finance analytics to share insights and drive programs.
Leads the development and implementation of comprehensive workforce plans that aligns with organizational goals, ensuring the right talent is in the right place at the right time.
Own, execute, and oversee control execution
Continuously evaluates workforce planning processes to identify areas of improvement, ensuring the organization remains agile in response to shifting business needs.
Lead the identification, assessment, and development of key skills within the workforce, ensuring the organization can meet current and future needs. Collaborate with Learning and Development to design and implement upskilling and reskilling programs.
Lead the development and execution of accurate workforce forecasts and schedules ensuring business needs are met. Integrate predictive and other analytics tools into forecasting processes to anticipate future workforce needs and potential challenges, enabling proactive decision making.
Perform the end-to-end process and support execution of controls according to the procedure
Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that track key workforce metrics, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies that enhance workforce management capabilities.
Maintain and train a Workforce management community within HR and business stakeholders, upskilling on the approach and a knowledge base to support a broad range of Workforce management activities across Citi
Ensure the effective use of workforce management software and analytics tools
Drive continuous improvement to initiatives within the workforce management and skills management processes, identifying and implementing best practices to enhance service delivery.
Partners with senior executives, HRAs, Talent Acquisition, Finance, COO, among other key stakeholders to identify global solutions for workforce management initiatives.
Leads regulatory response and adhere to regulatory commitments with regards to workforce planning, including meeting all relevant deliverables, meeting Internal Audit requirements, and delivering board and regulatory staffing and skill adequacy reports
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in related field of Resource Management, HR, Talent, Finance, or Strategy.
Proven experience in the Workforce Planning discipline.
Proven experience in managing teams
Deep understanding of financial planning, analytics, and business operations.
Exceptional team leader with the ability to interact with senior leadership and motivate global teams and peers.
Ability to prepare executive level reports and insights.
Proven capability to develop, innovate, adapt process transformation approaches and methods, influence, and lead to execute process change which brings higher business value.
Strong strategy execution experience with attention to details, while keeping focus on the big picture.
Ability to deliver results and on-time delivery of work.
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt to shifting goals and priorities.
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills demonstrating cross-cultural understanding and knowledge across multiple geographic locations.
Effective leader with demonstrated ability to coach and influence peer group in decision making and strategic processes.
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
Self-motivated and detail oriented
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred; managerial experience
