We have built Europe’s most robust open banking platform – with the broadest, deepest connectivity and powerful services that create value out of the financial data. We offer the tools that allow anyone – from big banks and fintech to startups – to build the future of financial services across Europe.
The Data & Risk product family has a clear mission: transforming complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that empower institutions to make smarter decisions and consumers to improve their financial health. We are a tightly knit team of product managers, backend and frontend engineers, platform architects and data scientists working towards enabling data-driven decisions.
What you will do
We are looking for a Product Analyst to support the product team working on Merchant Information. You will help translate customer feedback and product needs into clear insights, support day-to-day product execution, and strengthen our quality practices through testing and validation.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with data, product quality, and structured problem solving, and who wants plenty of room to grow into deeper analytical and modelling-oriented work over time.
Responsibilities :
- Support in processing and structuring customer feedback, helping the team identify patterns, common issues, and opportunities to improve product quality and usability
- Support in creating visualizations, querying data, and analyzing quality signals to help track performance and guide product improvements
- Support in testing, validation, and QA, including helping validate behavior changes during migrations and ensuring outputs meet expected standards for accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to help clarify requirements, document expected behavior, and support reliable delivery across releases
- Help maintain lightweight documentation, reports, and follow-ups that make it easier for teams to understand quality, progress, and where to focus next
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
- Experience in a product analyst, data analyst, QA, product operations, or similar role in a technology-driven environment
- We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented person who enjoys working with data, product behavior, and quality, and who is comfortable collaborating with technical teams. You don’t need to have done all of the below before — what matters most is strong fundamentals and a willingness to learn.
- Comfort working with data, for example by using SQL, spreadsheets, dashboards, or other tooling to explore issues and communicate insights (tooling can be learned on the job)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and an interest in understanding how systems behave end-to-end
- Experience supporting testing, validation, or quality assurance activities is a plus
- Clear written and verbal communication skills: you’ll help summarize findings, document outcomes, and support structured collaboration
- Interest in developing deeper expertise over time in areas like quality analysis, structured modelling, and data-driven product improvement
