This is a temporary salaried opportunity to join Deloitte Services LP for a short-term assignment. We are currently seeking a candidate to fill our Lead Specialist, Integrated Mental Health Services role supporting Performance Psychology from mid-April - late November 2026 for our Rewards, Recognition and Well-Being (RRWB) team.

In this role, you will arrange care and support activities for professionals in a wide variety of roles and capacities. You will support senior colleagues with the implementation of firm initiatives and the development of evidence-based, core performance psychology solutions. As a part of the team, you will create value by bringing experience and elevated performance psychology knowledge, deploying case management skills, and building and maintaining relationships with performance psychology resources. You will bring together applied experience, familiarity with performance psychology offerings, operations/processes, technology, and people into integrated solutions and outcomes:

The Integrated Mental Health Service is a part of the Rewards, Recognition and Well-being team within the Talent organization. The Integrated Mental Health Services (IMHS) focuses on the strategic delivery of psychological performance and health initiatives that impact our leaders, professionals, and their psychological health. You will support Integrated Mental Health Service leadership and senior staff in executing program vision, strategy, and implementation, and contribute to the modernization of firm capabilities to enrich and support our people -personally and professionally.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,600 to $163,100.

Responsibilities include:
- Program Operations: Provide operational support to program leadership and senior staff; contribute to workstreams designed to enhance operational effectiveness and fulfillment of IMHS Performance Psychology strategic priorities, at the direction of senior staff.
- Implementation of Solutions: Offer consultation across the firm in the areas of psychological health and performance across business function; deliver tailored case management and performance psychology subject matter expertise to include primary prevention/resilience support, general education/training, triage/problem assessment, resource treatment navigation/case management, community referrals, specialty assessment behavioral coaching, and specialty programs; and execute culturally relevant programming and education.
- Market Scanning and Best Practices Monitoring: Research, identify, and compile data regarding performance psychology resources providers and best practices in delivery and assessment of delivery of performance psychology solutions. Build strong relationships and manage alliances with top-tier referral resources and expand consultant provider network.
- Cultivation of Internal Relationships: Build strong relationships with individual clients and internal stakeholders to foster trust, alignment, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across the firm.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Master's degree in performance psychology, sport psychology, health psychology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Expertise in Microsoft applications (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Experience with computerized case management systems or electronic health records
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Association of Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) certified or certification eligible
