Cash Management Operations Specialist
The Cash and Trade Proc Rep 5 is an entry level role responsible for processing basic to relatively complex transfers in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to perform moderately complex cash & trade operation tasks, by providing processing assistance for assigned projects.
Responsibilities:
• Deep knowledge of all products made within the department.
• Strict compliance with Citibank internal procedures, corporate policies and local regulations keep the workflow
• Performing all incoming and outgoing TL and foreign exchange transactions on time and without errors.
• To perform money transfers on time and without errors,
• To make SSK and invoice payments on time and without errors
• Performing check transactions on time and without errors
• To perform cash deposit/cash withdrawal transactions carried out through correspondent banks/institutions on time and without errors,
• Realizing time deposit records
• Providing in-unit support for all cash management products
• Comply with all transactions in accordance with the US Sanctions, SDN and AML Policy. to actualize
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly checks •
• Finalizing reporting and reconciliations on time and accurately
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated basic experience in cash management processing and transaction services
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and data entry skills
- Intermediary English knowledge both written & verbally
Education:
- Bachelor diploma or equivalent
