Skills and Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven administrative experience, ideally supporting a team, with significant involvement in Talent Attraction administration.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) with the ability to learn additional programs as needed.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Applicant Tracking Software (ATS), as well as familiarity with interview scheduling tools such as Paradox, preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative approach to working with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a global team of interview coordinators, offering cross-regional support as needed.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, confidentiality, and adaptability when handling sensitive information or shifting priorities.
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support the interview process, ensuring smooth and efficient scheduling, communication, and administration for Moody’s recruitment efforts.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, leveraging tools such as Paradox, and ensure timely communication of details to candidates and interviewers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to provide a seamless interview experience, adopting a consultative approach to address any challenges.
  • Coordinate any travel requirements related to the interview process and process candidate expense reimbursements as well as vendor invoices for payment.
  • Offer cross-regional support as part of a global team of interview coordinators, ensuring consistency in practices across regions.
  • Administer candidate testing and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements regarding hiring practices.
  • Recruitment experience preferred to help support the wider Talent Attraction team on additional tasks and special projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Our Talent Attraction Team is responsible for driving recruitment excellence across Moody’s in EMEA, AMER and APAC, ensuring candidates and hiring managers experience a seamless and professional hiring process, regardless of the location.
