Skills and Competencies
- 8 -10 years of industry experience within (re)insurance and (re)insurance broking, with a proven track record of building senior-level client relationships
- Demonstrated success selling high value, complex software, SaaS, analytics or related technologies within financial services
- Deep understanding of catastrophic risk data, modelling, software and service solutions across underwriting and exposure management workflows
- Proven ability to negotiate and close large, high value commercial deals
- Strong capability to forecast and close business within quarterly cycles
- Demonstrated success building relationships and growing new territories and clients
- Fluent English and Arabic, written and spoken required
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
- This position offers a dynamic work environment, requiring up to 50% travel to engage with clients face-to-face, while also providing the flexibility of hybrid working
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, scientific or related discipline preferred
- Master’s degree or MBA desirable for candidates with familiarity and comfort with analytical, mathematical, and statistical concepts
Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by building trusted client relationships and delivering workflow solutions across the Middle East insurance markets. Main responsibilities include:
- Own revenue growth and commercial impact across an assigned client portfolio
- Build and deepen long term relationships with client decision makers and key influencers
- Develop territory plans and client centric strategies to win new clients and support existing clients’ strategic goals
- Collaborate closely with Solution Practice to introduce new or customized solutions aligned to client needs
- Maintain accurate opportunity and pipeline reporting in Salesforce
- Partner with Solutions and Client Success teams to ensure seamless end to end customer experience
- Engage internal product and technical specialists to support client strategic initiatives
- Promote broader adoption of Moody’s Intelligent Risk Platform across client organizations

Our Property & Specialty Solutions team is responsible for delivering advanced analytics, decision science solutions and model driven insights that help clients understand and manage catastrophic risk. We work across natural and man-made perils, supporting insurers, reinsurers, governments and corporations globally. By joining our team, you will contribute to innovative work across the Middle East region and support the adoption of data driven, AI enhanced risk intelligence tools that shape how organizations navigate complex risk environments
