The Inside Sales Representative for Print is responsible for managing inbound calls and selling print products to both existing and potential customers. This role also involves making outbound calls to follow up with prospects, developing the sales pipeline, and closing opportunities. Additionally, the representative will identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

- Qualify leads based on established criteria to generate interest in purchasing.
- Outbound Sales:
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with prospects and maintain engagement.
- Develop and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
- Sales Development:
- Prospect for new sales opportunities.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with relevant teams.
- Customer Engagement:
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and priorities.
- Respond to non-standard requests and explain complex issues clearly.
About you
Skills and Qualifications:
Sales Skills:
- Proficiency in cross-selling and upselling techniques. (1 year of experience)
- Strong skills in sales prospecting and pipeline development.
- Customer Service:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and check for understanding.
- Ability to respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Mid-level professional with knowledge in a technical discipline related to print products.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving:
- Ability to identify and resolve standard technical and operational problems.
- Suggest process improvements based on investigative and analytic skills.
- Organizational Skills:
- Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strategic Planning and Decision Making:
- Set priorities to meet deadlines and develop plans for short-term objectives.
