Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Analyst on the project, you will:
- Partner with stakeholders (e.g., program leadership, product owners, vendors) to elicit needs and translate them into requirements, process/design artifacts, and prioritized user stories.
- Support end-to-end Salesforce-centered application and integration delivery across programs such as Child Welfare and COVID-19 Tracking & Tracing.
- Drive Agile delivery ceremonies and alignment, including design walkthroughs, sprint demos, backlog refinement, and milestone tracking.
- Lead integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution, ensuring clear entry/exit criteria and test readiness.
- Manage defects end-to-end in Azure DevOps, including triage, prioritization, root-cause coordination, and resolution verification.
- Contribute hands-on to Salesforce delivery (as needed), including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning pages, and declarative automation, plus reports/dashboards to improve decision-making.

Qualifications
Required:
- Create and manage traceability from requirements → user stories → test cases → defects → release outcomes.
- Embed testing into sprint delivery with risk-based coverage, clear acceptance criteria, and definition-of-done alignment.
- Adapt testing approaches across UI, integrations/APIs, data validation, and end-to-end workflows.
- Orchestrate test planning, environments, test data, stakeholder participation, and test execution reporting.
- Validate integration controls, error handling, data integrity, auditability, and reconciliation across systems.
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Public-sector human services experience or similar case management programs.
- Azure DevOps expertise (boards, backlogs, test management approach, defect workflows, dashboards/metrics).
- Salesforce delivery depth, including building/administering reports and dashboards and supporting public-facing experiences.
