Salesforce Tester & Scrum Analyst SME

Work You'll Do

As a Project Delivery Senior Analyst on the project, you will:

• Elicit and clarify requirements with product owners and Child Welfare stakeholders; translate needs into well-defined user stories with testable acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes
• Provide Scrum delivery support (e.g., backlog refinement support, story readiness, sprint planning inputs) to help ensure work is scoped, understood, and executable within Agile increments
• Lead and execute functional and system testing across Salesforce capabilities, including custom objects/fields, validation rules, role-based security/sharing, reports/dashboards, and integrations
• Develop and maintain test plans, test scenarios/cases, regression suites, and supporting documentation; continuously improve coverage based on defects, change scope, and risk
• Prepare and manage test data, and coordinate/execute integration testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution with business participants
• Manage the defect lifecycle end to end: document issues with clear reproduction steps and evidence, support triage/prioritization, collaborate on root-cause analysis, and validate fixes through retest to closure

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Testing &Traceability experience - maintain traceability from requirements → test cases → defects → release validation
• Agile Testing - Integrate testing into sprint delivery with risk-based planning and definition-of-done alignment
• Testing Anywhere - Apply appropriate techniques across UI, data, security, integrations/APIs, and end-to-end workflows
• Testing Automation - Support automated regression where feasible; identify candidates and help maintain basic automated coverage
• Testing Coordination - Orchestrate test readiness, environments, test data, execution schedules, stakeholder participation, and reporting.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce security model (roles, profiles/permission sets, sharing) and testing for confidentiality constraints
• Experience planning and facilitating UAT with frontline users/supervisors, including scripts, readiness criteria, and sign-off support
• Experience testing Salesforce integrations (interfaces, error handling, reconciliation, audit evidence) in complex environments
