Work you'll do/Responsibilities

Qualifications
Required
- 6+ years hands-on experience designing and implementing data solutions on Azure
- Proven proficiency with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for building and orchestrating ETL/ELT pipelines
- Deep knowledge of Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2) architecture, including data organization, security, and optimization
- Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks, or Azure SQL Database for data warehousing and analytics
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or Scala for data transformation and pipeline development
- Advanced SQL capabilities for complex data manipulation and optimization
- Proficiency in version control (Git) and CI/CD practices for data pipelines
- Understanding of data modeling concepts (dimensional modeling, data vault, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
- Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer Associate)
- Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
- Excellent Written and Communication Skills
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
