Campaign Measurement Analyst

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Measurement & Performance Analysis

• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across digital, paid media, social, and other channels
• Define and track campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, conversion and ROI
• Conduct pre- and post-campaign analysis, including test-and-learn and uplift measurement

Reporting & Insights

• Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for marketing, product, and leadership teams
• Provide regular performance readouts, deep-dive analyses, and executive-ready summaries
• Build and maintain tracking dashboards and automated reports using tools such as Power BI

Attribution & Optimization

• Focus on evaluating the campaigns relative to business objectives/ROI
• Partner with media and campaign teams to drive continuous improvement

Data Management & Collaboration

• Work closely with data and insights team, media agencies and marketing stakeholders
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and best-practice measurement standards
• Assist in developing measurement frameworks and experimentation methodologies

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
3–5 years’ experience in marketing analytics, campaign measurement, or performance analytics
Strong experience with:
Digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, CRM/email)
Analytics tools
Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, funnels, and attribution concepts
