We are looking for a digital and social media marketing manager with deep expertise in platforms, content creation, analytics, and paid social. This role will work hand‑in‑hand with the Brand Core Marketing Specialist 360 to enhance campaign performance, ensure message consistency, and create integrated regional consumer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute the social media strategy for CARCAM aligned with Visa’s regional brand objectives.
- Support and manage Visa’s social presence together with the brand leads in the markets of Costa Rica, Panama, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, and Puerto Rico.
- Partner closely with the 360 Marketing Specialist to align campaign messaging, amplify brand initiatives across social, and translate regional narratives into platform‑tailored content.
- Oversee multi-market content creation, localization, and deployment.
- Lead development of social assets: short videos, storytelling, educational content, and always‑on campaigns.
- Build and manage paid social strategies, including audience segmentation, optimization, and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with agencies, creators, and platform representatives (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn).
- Track performance metrics such as engagement, reach, sentiment, conversions, and share of voice.
- Translate insights from social analytics, Google data, media reports, and transaction trends into action.
- Support digital partnerships and social components of co‑branded initiatives.
This role significantly elevates Visa’s digital impact by working collaboratively with the 360-marketing role to build cohesive, culturally relevant, and high‑performing campaigns.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
3–5 years in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy.
Deep knowledge of platform behavior, formats, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
Strong experience with paid social, influencer collaborations, storytelling, and emerging formats.
High analytical capability and data driven decision-making.
Ability to coordinate with agencies and multi-country teams.
Advanced English.
