The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600 to $198,400.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

Work You'll Do
As a Senior Consultant focused on Enterprise Asset Management and Work Management on the Power & Utilities Solutions team, you will be responsible for:
- Translating business objectives into delivery-ready product requirements and detailed functional designs for an Enterprise Asset Management and Work Management platform
- Partnering with business SMEs and technical delivery teams to define user outcomes, create a high-quality backlog, and produce Functional Design Documents that specify data, integrations, controls, and user experience
- Leading and supporting functional workshops to capture business processes, pain points, desired outcomes and non-functional needs and partnering with client stakeholders to confirm scope, assumptions, dependencies and requirements
- Translating requirements into epics, features, user stories and testable acceptance criteria in ADO (or similar), with clear traceability to process steps
- Defining data and integration requirements for work orders, assets, locations, inspections/measurements, and materials, including field definitions, controlled value sets, system-of-record alignment, triggers, latency expectations, and error handling
- Facilitating design playbacks with business, platform, and integration teams; maintaining a decision log; and tracking design impacts across build, testing, and change management
- Contributing to proposals and solution narratives for business development, including development and presentation of client materials
- Mentoring junior professionals on analysis methods, backlog hygiene, and handling large, confidential, and complex data sets
- Applying structured analytical problem solving to frame options and drive objective decisions
- Building client relationships and communicating complex ideas clearly to executive stakeholders, including development of executive-ready materials in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years' experience working with Utilities clients or experience working within the Utilities sector
- 5+ years' experience in an Asset Management, Asset Performance Management, or Work Management capacity within the gas and electric utility industry
- Experience implementing EAM solutions such as IFS
- 3+ years technical product design experience in enterprise platforms, including writing delivery-ready user stories, acceptance criteria and functional design documentation
- 2+ years specifying integration requirements using application programming interfaces (APIs), events, or batch, including field mapping, system-of-record alignment, latency expectations, and error handling
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

- 2+ years' experience with IFS Cloud
- IFS certifications
- Experience using ADO, Jira or similar backlog management tools
