The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $124,600 to $229,500.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

Work you'll do
As a Senior Pursuit Manager on our team, you will:
- Provide overall strategic leadership and approach to managing complex pursuits, from pre-RFP through submission/production
- Lead proposal teams in developing a tactical and strategic approach, evaluating solicitation requirements, managing a time-effective process, and improving efficiencies of the pursuit
- Drive development of compliant and compelling proposal responses
- Work with technical teams to develop content that is clear, effective and consistent
- Brainstorm solutions providing tactical advice and guidance with the ability to drive strategy and solutions
- Champion and integrate Gen AI tools across the pursuit lifecycle to enhance proposal quality, streamline content creation, and improve win rates
- Leverage Gen AI to automate the analysis of complex RFP/RFI documents, quickly extracting key requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria
- Manage performance of team members (of various specialties and at various levels of seniority) to develop responses that meet the needs of potential clients
- Demonstrate the ability to bring creativity and innovation to the framing and structuring of proposal
- Have responsibility across multiple, concurrent projects
- Adjust to shifting priorities, stringent deadlines, last-minute requirements, and occasional evening/weekend hours to accomplish tasks within non-negotiable client deadlines
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of proposal management processes, tools, and templates

Qualifications
Required
- 10+ years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree with preferred concentration in Business, English, Journalism, Marketing or Communications
- 5+ years of experience leading SLHE proposal opportunities ($100M+), providing strategic and tactical advice and guidance to senior leadership and client service teams
- 5+ years of experience working with account teams to execute pursuit methodology process, driving the development of compliant and compelling proposals
- 5 + years of experience leading teams in strategic discussions to increase the probability of win (PWin)
- 5+ years of experience working in large corporate organizations and small business concerns
- 5+ yeasr of experience in the direct management of proposal team members
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel up to 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.

- Ability to analyze information and make sound observations and recommendations quickly
