As Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in influencing and driving change through the implementation of advanced analytics. You will be responsible for data pipeline development, optimization of data flow and collection. Other responsibilities include working with data and analytics experts, creating data tools for analytics, and collaborating with stakeholders to further enhance data systems.
Job Description and Requirements
Role Responsibilities:
Writes ETL/ELT (Extract / Transform / Load) processes, designs database systems, and develops tools for real-time and offline analytic processing.
Troubleshoots software and processes for data consistency and integrity. Integrates large scale data from a variety of sources for business partners to generate insight and make decisions.
Translates business specifications into design specifications and code. Responsible for writing complex pipelines, ad hoc queries, and transformation models. Ensures that all code is well structured, includes sufficient documentation, and is easy to maintain and reuse.
Partners with internal clients to gain an enhanced understanding of business functions and informational needs. Gains expertise in tools, technologies, and applications/databases in specific business areas and company-wide systems.
Leads all phases of solution development. Explains technical considerations at related meetings, including those with internal clients and less experienced team members.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-3 years in data analytics, programming, database administration, or data management experience. Experience with data wrangling required.
Programming skills (SQL, Python, etc.) to access, transform and prepare large scale data for reporting needs
Experience and understanding of architecting, designing and operationalization of large-scale data and analytics solutions on Snowflake Cloud DW, Azure SQL or related technologies.
Experience with ETL/ELT tools like Azure Data Factory, FiveTran, etc.
Experience with languages like Python, C#, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with code management tools such as Git, GitHub, Gitlab etc.
Experience with transformation tools like dbt, Coalesce, etc.
Experience with AI semantic models, search capabilities, and/or agent creation
Experience working with BI tools like Tableau, PowerBI, etc

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
139 000 and 209 000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
