- Minimum 7–10 years in the IT industry within Windows‑based environments
- Deep subject matter expertise with Office 365 including Teams, SharePoint, M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and tenant‑to‑tenant migrations
- Advanced expertise with Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell automations for Teams, Exchange Online, and SharePoint
- Strong understanding of Azure AD and AD Connect concepts
- Expertise in Teams governance and lifecycle management including provisioning, naming conventions, lifecycle policies, expiration, archival, and compliance controls
- Advanced knowledge of MS Teams administration including creation policies, guest access, meeting policies, messaging policies, and app permissions
- Proven ability to build and maintain integrations between Microsoft 365 and ServiceNow or third‑party tools using Microsoft Graph API and orchestration frameworks
- Strong troubleshooting skills across messaging systems, collaboration platforms, and infrastructure applications
- Deep expertise in artificial intelligence, with a track record of implementing advanced AI solutions to drive strategic transformation and operational efficiency. Strong experience using AI tools to lead innovation initiatives. Demonstrated leadership in managing AI‑related risks, ensuring ethical governance, and fostering a culture of responsible AI adoption across the organization.
- Strong understanding and experience with Microsoft core infrastructure, M365 technologies, and Windows security
- Proven expertise with Microsoft Exchange, MS Teams, and Azure AD Conditional Access
- Excellent understanding of authentication and security protocols including Kerberos, LDAP, NTLM, OAuth, SSH, HTTPS, SIP, and SSL
- Proficiency with Teams/Exchange Management Shell and O365/Azure PowerShell scripting
- Ability to document, diagram, and flowchart complex design concepts
- Strong verbal, written, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Ability to effectively present information in both technical and non‑technical terms
- Ability to evaluate solutions from both engineering and business/end‑user perspectives
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field of study
- Microsoft 365 Certifications, preferred
- Deliver effective messaging and collaboration solutions with complete design and operating documentation
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting across Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Active Directory, Azure AD, and automation tooling
- Develop advanced PowerShell scripts using Microsoft.Graph.Teams, Exchange Management Shell, and O365/Azure PowerShell modules
- Use Microsoft Graph API for programmatic management of Teams (channels, membership, policies), Exchange (mail flow, mailboxes), and SharePoint (sites, permissions, document libraries)
- Design and implement Teams lifecycle frameworks including automated provisioning, naming policies, expiration policies, inactive team remediation, sensitivity labels, and DLP controls
- Build and maintain integrations between Microsoft 365 and ServiceNow for automated provisioning, incident management, and workflow automation
- Manage mail flow, email hygiene, SMTP, TLS, Outlook functionality, and M365 retention and compliance configurations
- Provide SME guidance to teams regarding M365 collaboration technologies, governance frameworks, and automation best practices
- Stay current with emerging Microsoft 365 features and contribute to the collaboration technology strategy and innovation roadmap
- Perform periodic assessments of infrastructure applications and review associated documentation
- Collaborate effectively with other Moody’s IT teams on complex engineering projects
- Triage complex technical issues across messaging and infrastructure applications
- Prioritize workloads effectively while working under pressure in a fast‑moving environment
- Contribute to the strategy and approach supporting new ways of working and the future of work
- Work in development, sandbox, and production environments with strict adherence to governance policies
- Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate manager or supervisor
