The Product Management Lead Analyst plays a critical role in strengthening the risk, control, and operational governance framework across USCC. This position provides strategic advisory support across Records Management, End User Computing, Model Risk, Third‑Party Oversight, Enterprise Resiliency, and global operational processes. The role leads Process Risk Control Monitoring and Control Monitoring Design Assessments, supports organizational transitions, drives documentation and control enhancements, and consults with business partners to ensure compliance with evolving global policies and standards. By integrating operational excellence, risk expertise, and cross‑functional collaboration, this role enhances control effectiveness, improves business readiness, and promotes strong connectivity and recognition across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to business partners on matters affecting the risk and control environment, ensuring effective interpretation and use of tools, frameworks, and policy requirements.
- Serve as the Records Management Officer, leading adherence to Records Management policy, standards, and retention requirements.
- Conduct Internal Control Monitoring Design Assessments of Process Risk Control Monitoring, ensuring control gaps, risks, and documentation issues are clearly identified and addressed.
- Perform Regulation Mapping Reviews of Process Risk Control Monitoring as needed to ensure alignment with regulatory obligations.
- Enhance Records Management processes through comprehensive reviews and the implementation of new or strengthened controls.
- Remain accountable for staying informed of new policies, procedures, and standards across UCSS and ensuring timely adoption by the business.
- Third‑Party Risk Management, including due diligence reviews, and ongoing monitoring to ensure compliance with organizational security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Support organizational transitions across multiple teams and groups, ensuring coordinated execution, control coverage, and operational readiness.
- Support technology and control enhancements through End User Computing remediation, system improvements, and Records Management automation.
Recommended Qualifications:
6-10 years of relevant experience Knowledge of marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, and/or analytics Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication Demonstrated analytical skills Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree. Master’s degree preferred
