The Opportunity
As part of the Information Technology - Systems Analysis team you are expected to analyze system and user needs, establish clear objectives, and document requirements. As a Senior Manager you are expected to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are expected to also perform responsibilities working on large and complex software development, infrastructure, SaaS, and/or Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead large projects involving system and user needs analysis
- Establish clear objectives and document requirements
- Innovate processes to enhance software development and infrastructure
- Maintain operational excellence in system analysis
- Interact with clients to confirm project success
- Provide strategic direction for system analysis initiatives
- Solve complex technical challenges in system analysis
- Drive strategic client interactions for project success

What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- 6 years of experience in progressive roles managing IT analysis across the software/system development lifecycle

What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management Information Systems preferred
- Understanding of requirements from a system perspective
- Understanding of SDLC activities to deliver custom applications
- Analyzing system and user needs to achieve business benefits
- Managing quality and acceptance of vendor analysis and testing
- Developing and guiding documentation of requirements and test cases
- Working collaboratively within a delivery team
- Developing thorough system and application domain knowledge


The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
