The Team
The GTM Marketing Team creates demand for Celonis at scale. We do this with programmatic campaigns consisting of a repository of global and field programs that fits the needs of each market, segment and team, delivering integrated, account/industry/persona centric customer journeys along the entire funnel. Alongside this we continue to make our community of customers our best advocates and speakers via our Community platform, Celopeers. Included in this team are Field Marketing, Global Campaigns, Digital Marketing and Marketing Operations. The Role:
Partner Marketing Manager, DACH

As Partner Marketing Manager, Platform Apps you will drive the partner marketing strategy and plan for the Celonis Platform Apps Program.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and growth of the program in the market as more partners develop innovative apps on the Celonis Platform. You will collaborate closely with program stakeholders, regional partner management, global partner marketing, and the extended marketing team to scale the program and execute impactful go-to-market initiatives that drive pipeline and ACV for our business.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, skilled at aligning with stakeholders, and building successful partner programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop Joint Marketing Plans: Develop and execute on fiscal year strategic marketing plans with top-tier partners, aligning on shared goals, target audiences, and key metrics (KPIs).
- Joint Go-to-Market Activities: Collaborate with regional stakeholders like field marketing & GTM teams to develop and manage joint marketing opportunities with partners that increase awareness, create leads, and accelerate pipeline with and through partners.
- Webinars and Events: Plan and execute joint webinars, joint events such as roundtables or panels, speaking engagements, and organize partner presence at industry trade shows or Celonis events.
- CeloConnect: Lead the to-partner motion CeloConnect in the DACH region orchestrating events, campaigns and other marketing initiatives dedicated to cater our partners' needs such as providing regular updates, enablement opportunities as well as fostering community development among local partners.
- Content Development: Drive the creation of co-branded assets, such as joint case studies, solution briefs, landing pages, and partner + customer testimonials/success stories.
- Direct Partner Communication: Serve as the primary marketing contact for partner teams, leading regular check-in meetings and communicating program updates, event schedules, product launches or new marketing assets.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of joint partner marketing activities, focusing on lead generation, pipeline contribution, and ROI; provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Manage the distribution, usage, and reporting of marketing funds for the fiscal year to ensure partner activities meet global priorities & guidelines and deliver maximum impact.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in partner marketing, channel marketing or B2B marketing in a SaaS environment.
- Proven success in building and scaling partner programs or partner apps programs globally.
- Strong ability to translate high-level strategies into operational plans and execute them effectively across regions and teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Advanced ability to analyze performance metrics and use insights to guide decision-making.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools, and reporting platforms.
- English fluency.
