Responsibilities:
- Work on deliverables of marketing plans and tasks, development of stakeholder specific messaging across multiple channels in support of the atopic dermatitis indication in US Dermatology
- Utilize marketing skills to analyze and execute, including solidifying and growing franchise market position.
- Make proposals and recommendations based on business direction, market dynamics and data.
- Maintain awareness of relevant market dynamics and trends, and the application on the franchise and business plans.
- Partner with marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders to execute go-to-market plans
- Serve as liaison between brand team and pan-immunology team to drive forward initiatives related to market access and patient support
- Partner across IBT (integrated brand team) to support the 2027 Tactical Plan development and present recommendations to senior leadership
- Serve as competitive intelligence lead to support RINVOQ brand positioning in a growing marketplace and identify new messaging opportunities to optimize the brand story
- Drive for results through the oversight of sales force execution via clear and concise communication and delivering impactful training initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Marketing experience with proof of building proficiencies in all marketing skills preferred.
- Experience in a dynamitic and fast paced environment.
- Demonstrated use of critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this postingbased on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more orless than the posted range. This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
