Skills and Competencies

• Deep Power Platform expertise (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio), including troubleshooting complex technical issues. 
• Experience with custom connectors, data gateways, environment strategy, and platform-wide solution governance.
• Strong Power BI development and administration skills: DAX, M, semantic modeling, dataset optimization, RLS/OLS, governance. 
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric components: 
  o Lakehouse / OneLake 
  o Data Engineering & Data Factory pipelines
  o Dataflows Gen2 and semantic models o Real-Time Analytics (KQL database)
  o AI experiences & ML integration 
• Ability to shape BI and Fabric strategy, enforce best practices, and guide teams on scalable architectures.
• Experience with API integrations, Azure services, networking fundamentals, and enterprise data solutions.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, Python for data automation and custom development. 
• Familiarity with GitHub, DevOps practices, CI/CD automation. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with customer support experience. 
• Excellent communication and mentoring capabilities.
• Deep expertise in artificial intelligence, with a track record of implementing advanced AI solutions to drive strategic transformation and operational efficiency. Strong experience using AI tools to lead innovation initiatives. Demonstrated leadership in managing AI-related risks, ensuring ethical governance, and fostering a culture of responsible AI adoption across the organization

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor Copilot Studio and Power Platform solutions with a focus on enterprise-grade reliability, troubleshooting, service operations, and customer responsiveness. 
• Assist in administration of Moody’s Power Platform tenant, including environment strategy, DLP governance, application lifecycle management, user access, and security controls.
• Configure and manage on-premises data gateways, Fabric gateways, and hybrid data connectivity tools. 
• Support agent/app lifecycle management, solution deployments, and platform health.
• Administer and oversee the Microsoft Fabric tenant, including workspaces, capacities, pipelines, Lakehouse environments, dataflows, semantic models, and governance configurations. 
• Manage Power BI / Fabric enterprise architecture, including dataset optimization, gateway administration, RLS/OLS governance, and workspace strategies.
• Implement Fabric monitoring, observability, lineage, and operational processes across data engineering, real-time analytics, and data science workloads.
• Partner with data engineering teams to standardize Lakehouse patterns, medallion architecture, OneLake governance, and data lifecycle management. 
• Ensure Power BI / Fabric solutions align with Moody’s enterprise data strategy, privacy guidelines, and compliance frameworks. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build secure, scalable solutions across Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and advanced BI artifacts using Power BI and Fabric semantic models.
• Integrate Power Platform and Fabric with external systems and APIs, including custom connector development and data pipelines
• Utilize GitHub and Fabric CI/CD pipelines for version control, solution lifecycle management, deployment automation, rollback, and cross-environment promotion. 
• Apply automated testing, dataset validation, and performance monitoring to ensure high-quality Power Platform and Fabric solutions.
• Implement role-based access control (RBAC), workspace governance, data sensitivity labeling, and secure data exposure across both Power Platform and Fabric ecosystems.
• Remain current on cloud and hybrid security requirements, including information protection, governance, and data compliance standards. 
• Document processes, architecture, and operational run books; contribute to knowledge sharing within both the Power Platform and Fabric communities.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver solutions in a structured, transparent manner. 
• Mentor junior engineers across Power Platform and Power BI / Fabric domains.
• Participate in ongoing training programs (Copilot Studio full-access training, Fabric engineering programs, agentic AI training, etc.).
• Stay up to date with new features, roadmap advancements, and best practices in Power Platform and Power BI / Fabric.

The Corporate Systems team, part of the Technology Services Group, supports Moody’s core business and technology operations by enabling reliable day-to-day execution, strong coordination, and effective governance across corporate platforms and shared services. The team partners closely with senior leaders, product teams, and key stakeholders across the enterprise to drive operational excellence while also advancing innovation, including the adoption and enablement of AI-driven capabilities. By bringing structure, clarity, and rigor to complex environments, Corporate Systems team members contribute to high-impact work that improves how technology is delivered, operated, and evolved across the organization—helping ensure Moody’s systems are resilient, forward-looking, and positioned for continued growth.

Annual base salary gross: €66,100.00 to €105,700.00. Applicable to Lithuania candidates: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moody’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Moody’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include the following: Medical, Personal Accident, Life Insurance and Time Off.
