Role Summary:
The Training Specialist (Customer Education) plays a critical role in delivering high-impact education that empowers our customers and partners to adopt, use, and maximize Relativity products. You’ll facilitate engaging live and virtual training, collaborate cross-functionally, and help scale education through innovative delivery methods.

Key Responsibilities
Customer-Focused Facilitation
Deliver compelling live and virtual training and workshops for external customers, partners, and community stakeholders.
Adapt facilitation style to a variety of customer audiences and skill levels, from new users to advanced administrators.
Business Impact & Measurement
Use data and learner feedback (e.g., CSAT, post-training surveys) to recommend improvements and report on impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Share insights from the field to inform instructional design and broader customer education strategy.
Expertise & Thought Leadership
Stay current with Relativity product updates and maintain subject matter expertise.
Share best practices and coach new facilitators as needed.
Customer Events & Enablement
Support educational experiences at industry events and Relativity user conferences (e.g., workshops, learning labs).
Represent the training team as a trusted advisor to customers and partners.
Qualifications
Required:
3+ years of experience facilitating training, preferably in B2B SaaS or customer education.
Strong presentation, interpersonal, and customer-facing communication skills.
Knowledge of adult learning theory and training best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to travel up to 20%, including international travel.
Preferred:
Experience with customer training platforms (e.g., Skilljar, Articulate, LMS tools).
Familiarity with customer education KPIs (e.g., adoption, retention, NPS).
Experience with Relativity, legal tech, compliance software, or regulated industries a plus.

Increased product adoption and reduced time-to-value in trained accounts.
Active collaboration with cross-functional teams to evolve and scale customer education.
Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.
This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
$59,000 and $88,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
