Product Designer

Priori is seeking a user-centric Product Designer to drive end-to-end product design, translating user research and business goals into intuitive, high-impact digital experiences across our platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong design foundation and skills in product strategy, ideation, user flows, prototyping, and UI design.

Responsibilities will include:

• Act as an end-to-end product designer, prototyping, testing, and seeing products through to production
• Utilize research methodologies and design best practices to identify opportunities to enhance products and AI experiences
• Communicate design work and rationale to product and engineering teams
• Create and maintain a Figma UI Toolkit (design system) and collaborate with engineers to update, improve, and maintain the component library used across the company

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have 3+ years of experience as a product designer in the tech industry (Product Designer, UX Designer, UI Designer, Full-Stack Designer, etc.)
• Have a portfolio demonstrating product strategy, craft excellence, and the ability to translate user insights into elegant, impactful solutions
• Are an expert in Figma, prototyping, and design systems
• Have a deep understanding of accessibility, inclusivity, and ethical design principles
• Possess a basic understanding of HTML + CSS and how designs translate into code
• Have a proven track record of building complex and easy-to-use features and user flows at an enterprise software, SaaS, or B2B company
• Have hands-on experience building or maintaining design systems
• Thrive in a distributed or remote-first, fast-paced environment
• Have demonstrated experience collaborating with product and engineering teams

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience designing software for legal tech or legal-adjacent users
• Ownership of product or large feature development from 0-1
• Portfolio pieces highlighting experiences working on AI-assisted product experiences
• Previous work on complex dashboard, payment, e-billing, RFP, or live auction features
• Hands-on experience building components in HTML + CSS and UI frameworks
• Understanding of how brand assets get translated into products
