Delivery Team Associate (NY)

AptDeco is looking for a Delivery Team Associate to join the logistics operations team and support the safe and efficient delivery of furniture to customers as part of AptDeco’s trusted marketplace service. This role is essential to making furniture buying and selling easier, safer, and greener.

Responsibilities will include:

• Safely and efficiently handle and deliver furniture items to customers
• Assist with all aspects of delivery operations, including loading, unloading, and transporting furniture
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, ensuring a positive experience for customers
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Maintain a high standard of care for all items handled and delivered

• Are comfortable with physical handling of furniture and can lift heavy items as needed
• Have experience in delivery operations or logistics (preferred but not required)
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
