Senior Software Engineer

HiOperator is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will deliver large and complex features quickly, become an expert and owner of significant sections of our codebase, and contribute to implementation and technical strategy. You will work across the entire technical stack, including front-end and back-end development, DevOps, and integrating machine learning and data science tools. Technologies used include Google Cloud Functions, Apollo GraphQL, ReactJS, Pub/Sub, multitenancy, and PyTorch. The products and features you build will drive innovation in the customer service industry, incorporating advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs), artificial intelligence (AI), and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities will include:

• Build API integrations with various CRMs and custom applications using REST/GraphQL/gRPC
• Build UI features to support new service offerings
• Maintain 99% platform uptime
• Manage DevOps pipeline
• Deploy machine learning models
• Build and manage the observability platform for LLMs
