Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced TIBCO Developer to design, develop, and implement robust integration solutions that performs the mission critical workflow for Investments, Insurance and Wealth Advisory. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in TIBCO technologies to architect and implement integrations that support our business objectives, streamline processes, and ensure seamless workflow with the order fulfilment capabilities. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing BPM and Wealth Advisory landscape and driving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions using the TIBCO suite of products, including TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS (Enterprise Message Service)
- Lead or participate in requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify integration needs and translate them into detailed technical specifications and effective solutions.
- Architect and implement best practices for integration development, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
- Develop and maintain mappings, transformations, and workflows for data integration across various systems.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues in production environments.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement timely resolutions for integration issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., business analysts, architects, QA) to ensure seamless integration and data flow between applications.
- Document TIBCO integration designs, configurations, and deployment procedures for knowledge transfer and future maintenance.
Skills Required:
- TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW): In-depth knowledge of designing, developing, and deploying integration processes, including fault tolerance, load balancing, and security configurations.
- TIBCO EMS (Enterprise Message Service): Proficiency in configuring and managing messaging queues, topics, and other EMS components for reliable message delivery.
- XML, JSON: Proficient in data formats and transformation languages essential for integration
- SQL/PL-SQL: Knowledge of database querying and stored procedures for effective data interaction
- Debugging & Monitoring: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex integration issues in development and production environments
- Agile/Scrum: Experience working in Agile development environments
- CI/CD: Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment practices for automated build and deployment processes
Teamwork: Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and QA engineers
