Skills and Competencies
- 3+ years of experience in Software Development and support role
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Microsoft Fabric or AWS or Databricks Environment
- Proven software development experience using Python, SQL, and PySpark
- Strong familiarity with systems automation principles with hands-on experience with scripting technologies (Python, VBA, Perl, PowerShell, VBS, etc.)
- Interested in learning and working with Agentic AI frameworks like LangChain, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft AI services.
- Familiarity with agentic systems and emerging AI protocols such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent2Agent (A2A)
- Experience with Azure services, platform administration, Graph API, or custom connectors.
- Manage Audit and SOX lifecycle, including scoping, documentation, tests of design and effectiveness and it’s reporting. Ability to design, develop, secure, and troubleshoot Power Platform Solutions.
- Experience troubleshooting network, firewall, and active directory issue
- Proficient in creating PowerShell scripts for repetitive tasks, new installations, upgrades, and migrations.
Education
- University bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Responsibilities
Maintain, Deploy and optimize data pipelines and cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure and Fabric, including Fabric Lakehouse, Data Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, and OneLake.
- Design, Develop and Operate AI agent workflows using LangChain, Copilot Studio, or Microsoft AI frameworks.
- Develop data reconciliation dashboard for various Third-Party SaaS Applications like SAP, Workwise, IBM Open pages, OneStream and Service Now
- Create data labeling and training pipelines for improving Agentic Solutions and its performance
- Responsible for triaging and escalating any issue affecting Production outages per procedures.
- Complete understanding of the standard policy, ownership and implementation of the Event, Incident, Request, Problem and Knowledge Management disciplines for Power platforms.
- Contribute to CI/CD processes and manage code repositories in GitHub or Azure DevOps.
- Maintain Microsoft Fabric Environments, Configurations, Integrations and Deployments
- Development of Dashboards/reports in Power BI
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, Triage and Knowledge articles.
- Implement Data Loss Prevention policies both at the tenant and environment levels.
- Deep expertise in artificial intelligence, with a track record of implementing advanced AI solutions to drive strategic transformation and operational efficiency. Strong experience using AI tools to lead innovation initiatives. Demonstrated leadership in managing AI-related risks, ensuring ethical governance, and fostering a culture of responsible AI adoption across the organization.

The Corporate Systems team, part of the Technology Services Group, supports Moody’s core business and technology operations by enabling reliable day to day execution, strong coordination, and effective governance across corporate platforms and shared services. The team partners closely with senior leaders, product teams, and key stakeholders across the enterprise to drive operational excellence while also advancing innovation, including the adoption and enablement of AI driven capabilities. By bringing structure, clarity, and rigor to complex environments, Corporate Systems team members contribute to high impact work that improves how technology is delivered, operated, and evolved across the organization—helping ensure Moody’s systems are resilient, forward looking, and positioned for continued growth.

Annual base salary gross: €44,200.00 to €70,800.00. Applicable to Lithuania candidates: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moody’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Moody’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include the following: Medical, Personal Accident, Life Insurance and Time Off.
