Job Description
The Head of Digital Solutions, Central Europe is responsible for defining and executing Visa’s digital commerce and eCommerce solutions strategy across the Central Europe region. The role brings together Visa’s eCommerce topics — Tokens, Authentication, Click to Pay, and Agentic Commerce — under a single strategic and executional framework to optimize today’s online checkout experience and prepare clients and partners for the future of commerce.
This role combines senior leadership, people management, strategic ownership, and go‑to‑market execution, and acts as a key point of alignment between Central Europe leadership, global product teams, and clients across the payment ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and people management experience, including building, developing, and leading high performing teams in complex, matrixed environments.
- Significant experience in digital payments, eCommerce, product, or solutions leadership, preferably within the payments or technology ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute regional strategies and deliver results at scale.
- Strong go to market and commercialization experience, including senior client engagement and executive level influence.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with strong executive presence.
- Deep understanding of the Central Europe payments and digital commerce ecosystem.
- Fluency in English and preferable on good speaking terms in German
