- 5–7 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or marketing systems roles
- Expertise working with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms, including campaign builds, workflows, integrations, and reporting
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, including data flows, integrations, and process optimization
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting and visualization platforms
- Working knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as SQL, Python, or JavaScript - preferred
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and systems-thinking abilities for managing complex workflows
- Ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, events, and data teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use
- Undergraduate degree required
- Additional technical certifications in marketing automation, CRM systems, or data analytics are a plus
- Lead the build, execution, and optimization of Marketo campaigns, workflows, and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and operational consistency across systems
- Apply AI‑enabled tools and automation to enhance marketing workflows and increase campaign efficiency
- Streamline compliance processes, including OFAC sanctions screening, through efficient screening, validation, and automation workflows
- Manage the development and maintenance of Wavecast environments and event microsites, ensuring seamless system integration
- Support backend data management, including data cleanup, system integrations, and scripting to improve campaign delivery and reporting
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide performance insights and operational reporting
- Lead system testing, documentation, and continuous improvements across marketing technology platforms
- Collaborate with marketing, events, and data teams to support scalable campaign execution and high‑quality event delivery
