- A Java Full Stack Lead is a senior-level software engineer (typically 10+ years experience) responsible for designing, developing, and leading teams to build end-to-end applications. They possess deep expertise in Java/Spring Boot, Microservices, and front-end technologies like Angular or React, ensuring high-quality, scalable code, and robust system architecture.Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Mentoring developers, setting coding standards, conducting code reviews, and designing complex distributed systems.
- Full Stack Development: Hands-on development using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
- Front-End Expertise: Building responsive user interfaces with Angular (e.g., Angular 17), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- DevOps & Architecture: Implementing CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and RESTful APIs.

- Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Generally 10-12+ years of relevant experience.
- Backend: Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate/JPA, Kafka.
- Frontend: React, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS.
- Database: SQL (Oracle/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Tools: Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred
