Introduction to the Team

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Program Manager (OPM) to lead the operational strategy and execution across high-growth areas within Expedia Group Advertising, including Data Clean Rooms (DCR) partnerships and Audience Monetization through programmatic channels. This role sits at the intersection of data, advertising technology, and partner operations, managing a portfolio of initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovative solutions that unlock new revenue streams, enhance our advertiser experience, and strengthen EGA's position as a leading Travel Media Network.

In This Role You Will:

· Own the end-to-end operational lifecycle for Data Clean Room (DCR) partnerships, including partner prospecting, qualification, contracting, technical onboarding, and ongoing collaboration management.

· Help define and scale Expedia Group Advertising’s privacy-safe data collaboration and audience monetization capabilities, building operational infrastructure that enables new advertiser partnerships and revenue opportunities.

· Design and implement scalable operational frameworks that enable repeatable onboarding and management of collaborations with advertisers and strategic partners.

· Manage the DCR partner pipeline, tracking progress across discovery, contracting, technical onboarding, and activation phases while maintaining clear visibility into status, risks, and timelines for stakeholders.

· Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Analytics teams to operationalize DCR offerings at scale, translating business needs into structured workflows, technical requirements, and governance processes.

· Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on DCR infrastructure and capabilities (e.g., AWS Clean Rooms), translating business requirements into technical specifications and coordinating testing and implementation.

· Lead engagement with Customer Data Platform (CDP) partners (e.g., HighTouch, Salesforce, Tealium, Adobe) to enable lower-friction advertiser onboarding and expand the ecosystem for data collaboration.

· Support the growth of Expedia Group Advertising’s first-party audience distribution and curated deal programs across DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk) and SSPs (e.g., Magnite), enabling scalable programmatic buying powered by Expedia’s traveler data.

· Define and track success metrics for audience monetization initiatives, partnering with Product, Analytics, and Audience teams to monitor performance and inform program evolution.

· Lead cross-functional launches and operational execution for new products, pilots, and partner integrations, coordinating go-to-market readiness, stakeholder alignment, operational workflows, and continuous process improvements.

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data clean rooms, audience platforms, programmatic advertising, and privacy-safe data collaboration to inform operational strategy and future roadmap planning.

  • Support emerging initiatives and evolving operational priorities across Expedia Group Advertising, applying program management expertise to help scale new capabilities, partnerships, and monetization opportunities

  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of program management capabilities within the team by helping establish best practices, operational frameworks, and scalable processes that improve cross-functional execution and organizational effectiveness.

  • Analytical and technical ability to understand product capabilities and root cause of issues, supported by data and analysis.

  • Creativity to develop tools, visual aids, and other original content to support the understanding and education of sophisticated and technical information.

  • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive structured execution in fast-moving, evolving environments.

  • High attention to detail, highly organized and efficient, takes ownership of work assigned and delivers results timely, reliably, and accurately.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks without supervision.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of combined experience in project/program/product management or advertising operations.

  • Proven program management experience in a complex, matrixed organization with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across technical and commercial stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated exposure to at least one of: data clean rooms, customer data platforms, audience platforms, or programmatic advertising.

  • Familiarity with the digital advertising ecosystem, including DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360), SSPs (e.g., Magnite, PubMatic), and CDPs (e.g., HighTouch, Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe, Tealium).

Preferred:

  • Understanding of privacy-safe data collaboration concepts, including clean room architectures (e.g., AWS Clean Rooms), audience syndication, identity resolution (e.g., UID2), and first-party data strategies.

  • Experience with partner lifecycle management, including prospecting, contracting, technical onboarding, and pipeline tracking.

  • Hands-on experience with programmatic campaign workflows, audience segmentation, or data distribution across DSP/SSP platforms.

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $110,500.00 to $155,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.The total cash range for this position in Chicago is $104,000.00 to $145,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $166,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. The total cash range for this position in Austin is $110,500.00 to $155,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. The total cash range for this position in Toronto is $95,000.00 to $133,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $152,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
