The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of Visa Acceptance Platform solutions across the assigned region. The role focuses on acquiring new clients and expanding revenue from existing customers by promoting a comprehensive suite of acceptance and value‑added payment solutions for acquirers, PSPs, and payment ecosystem players.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of Visa Acceptance Platform, including:
- Payment Gateway
- Tokenization solutions
- 3D Secure
- Anti‑fraud monitoring and risk management
- Tap to Phone (Tap2Phone)
Achieve assigned annual sales targets, including:
- Acquisition of new clients
- Revenue growth and upsell across existing accounts
Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders across:
- Acquiring banks
- Payment Service Providers (PSPs)
- Fintechs and payment ecosystem partners
Lead end‑to‑end sales activities, including:
- Client discovery and needs assessment
- Solution pitching and value proposition articulation
- Commercial discussions and deal structuring
- Coordination with internal product, legal, and implementation teams
- Actively promote innovative payment solutions and support clients in launching new acceptance capabilities in the market
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, workshops, and public forums, delivering compelling presentations and thought leadership
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales roles within Acceptance businesses, including: Acquiring banks Payment Service Providers (PSPs) Payment or fintech companies Demonstrated experience in: Selling acceptance and payment solutions Launching innovative payment products and services Managing complex B2B sales cycles Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and external audiences Solid understanding of the payments ecosystem, including e‑commerce and digital acceptance solutions Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory Key Skills & Competencies: Strong commercial mindset and results orientation Ability to articulate complex technical solutions in a clear, business‑oriented manner Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills High level of autonomy, ownership, and accountability Ability to operate effectively across multiple countries and cultures
